1. Identify three important qualities the main character (fiction) or person (nonfiction) displays. Provide a textual example to support each quality.

2. Choose three important scenes or events from the book, one from the beginning, one from the middle, and one from the end. Write an analysis of the three, in which you explain the significance of each scene or event to the entire book.
